SERVICES
Australian Relining Solutions provides a wide variety of repair, maintenance and inspection
capabilities for underground assets. With the use of modern technology, materials and techniques
many developed in house we cover the majority of issues which may occur in underground assets.

Inversion Lining (70mm - 1050mm)
Inversion lining is a method of CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) lining, where liner is inverted into place using air or water. These installs use a inversion system where the liner is either wound onto or fed through an inverting tool and is then guided into the pipe. In most circumstances only a single point of access is required and it can contour around multiple bends with ease.

UV lining (100mm - >1600mm)
UV lining is the application of Ultraviolet light to cure resin and is an alternate method of CIPP. This method of lining can be used in a wide range of circumstances and allows for faster cure times. An experienced technician operates a system made up of various sensors and lights to ensure the liner is cured correctly.

Segmental Patch Repairs (70mm - 1050mm)
Point repairs are a short liners used to repair 500mm > 2m length pipework. They are beneficial when problems are in key areas along a pipeline. They are also a cost effective option when full length liners are not required. A short section of lining material is positioned over the defective area, then it is expanded against the walls of the pipe until cured.

Junction Rehabilitation (100 – 150mm)
Junction rehabilitation allows for the repair of the intersections along the main line where lateral connections are made. Junction patches are an effective way to repair these specific locations, as the final repair is a single piece which contain no seams, minimising potential future issues. Similar to patch repairs, the lining material and tools used are customised to suit the various sizes and configurations of the junction being repaired.

Robotic Grinding (75mm - 900mm)
Robotic grinders allow for precise removal of foreign objects when jet cleaning is no longer a viable option. These machines can remove materials such as steel, concrete, vitrified clay, PVC and most other hard materials. Once in position, an operator can remotely control the robot and accurately remove materials with the attached pneumatic grinder.

CC.TV (50mm - >1200mm)
Closed Circuit Television (CC.TV) allows for internal visual inspection of pipelines. This technology is used for a variety applications such as creating general condition reports, aids operators when performing repairs and maintenance. It can also be used in conjunction with service locators. We use various pipe inspection cameras depending on the size and location of the pipe.

High-Pressure Jet Cleaning (50mm - >1200mm)
Jet Cleaning uses a high pressure water hose that removes and dislodges debris in various types of drainage systems. It is extremely effective for pipes that have become blocked and is a necessary step before performing tasks such as pipe rehabilitation or inspections

Non-Destructive Digging
Non destructive digging is the safest way to excavate, it uses hi pressure water and vacuum to penetrate the ground without the risk of causing damage to underground services. NDD (Non-Destructive Digging) is an ideal solution for work involving new service installation, pipe and service maintenance and service investigation. It is also effective for removing waste or debris from an area.

Service Locating
Pipe and Cable Locating uses specialised equipment to locate buried or unexposed pipes and cables. There is often a need for this to carry out repairs, obtain a service report, conduct maintenance, pre-excavation and pre-construction checks.
Our equipment includes:- EMI Pipe and Cable Locator and Transmitter- Ground Penetrating Radar or GPR- Slab Scanners- Trace Rods- Specialty Sondes
